  Paper thin walls like im not kidding this place is perfect to eavesdrop on your neighbors conversations thats how thin the walls are here. My friend only lived for 6 months and he couldn't take the nosie (he moved out after his year lease expired in 2025). The pickleball, tennis court's and basketball courts are all owned by the county they falsely advertise them as their property you can look at their website and apartments.com they advertise even though the county owns it. Now the county locks the courts because of the trespassers from this apartment building thanks for ruining something fun for wallington residents. This apartment building interior got dated very fast too

  We lived in the Parkview apartments for 4 years, it's a great place to live, the apartment has a lot of space and I mean a LOT of space, It's quiet and the management is the best, we loved it

  I moved into this building a year ago and management has been very accommodating. The common areas are very well maintained along with the building itself which is very comforting. The commute to Manhattan has never been easier.

  I've been living at Parkview Luxury Apartments for a 6 months, and it's genuinely been one of the best places I've ever lived! The apartment itself has sooooo much space.--plus, it's so quiet and comfortable. The management team here is fantastic; they're super responsive and make you feel like they actually care about you as a resident, which is rare! The location is really convenient too. It's close to parks, grocery stores like shoprite and small local restaurants, also quick commuting options, so I feel like I get the best of everything. The gym and shared spaces are always super clean and never feel overcrowded. If you're looking for a place that's stylish and hassle-free, Parkview is it!
