I regret hiring this company. The chimney cleaning felt cursory and the chimney cap installation was shoddy -- it's already loose. Failed to explain the cleaning cost clearly and the final invoice included charges we hadn't discussed. They suggested chimney repair but didn't back it up with documentation. For peace of mind and safety I'll be getting a second opinion and will not use this chimney service again unless they resolve the issues and provide clearer pricing.
