  Matt and his team promised and delivered on our bathroom remodel. He quoted us a fair price, maintained excellent communication from the beginning to end of the project and we couldn't be happier with the results.

  If you are in the market for any type of home remodeling, additions, or anything of that realm I highly highly highly recommend OBriens Construction! Not only does the meticulous work speak for itself, more importantly, Matt and his team go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Communication is key in any relationship in life, and I can promise you Matt is nearly available 24/7 for anything you need. Whatever questions, comments, or concerns you may have Matt will get you the answers you need. The construction world can be intimidating for those unfamiliar with the processes involved. A lot of the time your met with salesmen or saleswomen looking to squeeze any penny they can out of you, but not Matt. Matt is extremely laid back, open to suggestions, and will never pressure you to add any work you don't want. If anything, Matt will steer you in the proper direction to not only make the work cohesive, but he wants you to save any and all money he believes would be a wast

  Thank God for Matthew O'Brien and his crew!<br>I had two bathrooms rennovated with another contractor that totally messed up the project. I called Matt after a recommendation from a friend and he came the next morning. He inspected the job and quoted me a more than fair price. Within one week he fixed the work of the other contractor plus couple of other projects I planned on doing. He is easy to work with and his crew is very respectful and kept the workplace immaculate!<br>Do not hestaite calling Matt for any home improvemet project.<br>I highly recommend him.

  One of those construction guys that will not respond back to emails or texts after saying "sure whatever you need". Untrustworthy and waste of time. When you have no room to take on a job flat out say it.<br><br>Some ppl didn't get a chance to be your customer because you never got back to them after multiple texts and emails...do better next time that's all

  Hi, I'm not sure who you are but I have never done business with anyone with your name. And I always respond to my customers at all hours of the day. Certainly a fake review. My customers know this is false by reading it.

  Matt and his crew did a great job across the board. In one of our rooms he took down a wall, re-did a ceiling's lighting fixture and added some recessed lights, added some outlets, got a little bit of flooring real estate back by replacing our metal baseboard covers with beautiful wooden ones, etc. In the basement his crew assembled and installed a barn door, including building out the track into what was previously an empty doorway.<br>-We planned out the project a few months in advance and started within 2 weeks of the estimated date. We had a firm deadline day the project needed to be done by, and we did indeed make the deadline.<br>-The crew was EXCELLENT. We've done a few indoor projects at this point, and this was firmly the cleanest, tidiest group. They laid down tarp from entrance to project space, they kept the mess firmly within the work area, and by the end of the project it looked phenomenal.<br>-Pricing was fair, nothing felt egregious and this is definitely not in the ast

  I highly recommend Matt and his crew with O'Brien Construction. As a developer it is difficult to find responsible contractors who show up on time, and perform work in a specified time period. I hired O'Brien Construction for two jobs, one was a full interior demo of a 2 story 1300 sq ft house, installed new structural beams and redid the entire interior, insulation, Sheetrock, kitchen, bathrooms etc and painted the entire exterior. The second was a new construction build consisting of over 4500 sq feet. Matt and his crew delivered as promised, performed quality, clean work with attention to detail on every single aspect of the job(s). I know use Matt on his crew on every single new construction build I complete.
