My mother lives in the building. It's kept very clean. There's never any spills, water or snow on the floor for someone to trip and get hurt over. Each floor has there own recycling bins along with a garbage chute. They also have access to the dumpsters in back for larger items that don't fit in the chute. There is a laundry area on the first floor. They also have a day room with a nice size tv and tables to play games at. They have security twenty four hours a day on most days. The super is quick to answer and make repairs in a timely manner. I feel safe knowing my mom is there. If she's ever had a issue, they've resolved it quickly and to her satisfaction.

I have not lived here but I have seen it from the outside and know many people who have lived here and said it's totally a pleasure to be in this type of housing I applied for an apartment but unfortunately I had to move before I could take it then went in do when I was up in Park Ridge in a rooming house and my landlord would not release me for my lease as a result I lost the unit now I'm 79 and I am looking for a place to live and rusted senior man that would suit me just fine I hope I can get involved in this
