  I am truly grateful for my real estate agent Kim Shaw because her service was real, genuine, efficient, and successful.<br><br>Working within a very specific set of requirements I had due to my situation, Kim set me up to receive emails with listings that came to me every day.<br><br>A location caught my eye. It had all that I needed, wanted, and more. After speaking with Kim, she got the ball rolling. Set up an appointment to view the unit and started the application process.<br><br>The application process was smooth and everything was done in one place. Kim was able to check my credit, saving me a step from getting the report on my own.<br><br>Throughout the entire process of applying Kim updated me. I felt heard, included, and supported in the process. Which can be overwhelming at times. Kim's service is one I will recommend, happily.<br><br>The transaction was seamless and I was elated to receive my lease, and the keys and move into my new space!<br><br>Thank you Kim for truly help

  Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Kim!!! 10/10 recommend! As a first time home buyer, Kim understood my needs and wants perfectly, held my hand throughout the entire process, explained and helped me understand my different options, and most importantly made sure I was happy with my purchase.
