Hi, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. You have ordered as shown in the picture 2 medium gelato, 3 small and 3 waffle cones. Instead you received 3 medium gelato, 2 small and 3 waffle cones. The order was delivered to you. You just got a larger size than what you ordered. <br>Anyway sorry for mixing up your order but there is no extra charge.

Absolutely unacceptable.<br><br>My husband and I ordered two hot chocolates, and what we received was a lukewarm drink that tasted as if it had been made with improperly heated milk or water. It was clear that little care had gone into preparing it.<br><br>Shortly after drinking the hot chocolate, both of us developed stomach pain. I cannot say with certainty what caused it, but it is extremely concerning that we both experienced the same symptoms after having the same drink.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that there were virtually no customers at the time. There was no rush and absolutely no excuse for serving drinks of such poor quality. This reflects a serious lack of attention to customers and to basic quality standards.<br><br>I am also a breastfeeding mother. Having to worry about my health and my baby's well-being after drinking something from your cafe is the last thing any mother should have to experience.<br><br>I used to trust Illy and was always the one who

Poor service. Lady wearing the scarf over her head doesn't care and just talks to her friend. Wants customers to leave so she can chit chat freely. Anyway I see owner replying with automated responses from chat gpt so this review is one more orphaned review but it is what it is.

Coffee was genuinely good, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. The staff member seemed more interested in talking with her friends than paying attention to customers. We felt ignored and unwelcome even though the cafe wasn't busy.<br><br>The coffee may be good, but poor customer service and an unwelcoming attitude make the overall experience not worth returning for.
