    The lady's at the desk are very nice. Nick is nice also and the young that did my bloodwork is also nice. A young lady I never seen before was unprofessional and rude to me on 10/3/25 when taking my weight and blood pressure and saying me about all the prescription drugs I were taking and I couldn't remember one that was changed. I brought it up with Kevin how the young response to me. I received a letter dated from the West Hudson medical that I not longer Welcome back to the office.

    This practice (Nutley office) has run its course. My in-laws were patients here for decades, but some of the front desk staff is crude and I have waited weeks for a follow-up phone call regarding simple questions about bloodwork and tests. We came to find out that our NP retired, and there was no notice given (which likely explains the lack of a return call). My wife has waited for a total of well over 90 minutes over the last week for a simple phone call to re-send a prescription to the pharmacy (since it wasn't sent the first time) and either has to wait an obscene length of time (no-call back system) or gets hung up on prior to them answering. Moving on.
