Very nice community with lovely neighbors but terribly ran property with regards to management.<br>These days it seems like we have a new management team every 6 months. The outer parts of our patio screen doors looks like they have never been maintained/painted in the 50 years that the units have been built. The factory paint finished on the metal trims have essentially oxidized to dust. My unit's walkup area have rust marks running down the painted section from years of rain water runoff. You would think considering the amount of maintenance that we pay in this facility that they would be on top off things like these instead of forcing all residents to pay for balcony repairs for all the older units in the complex.

The community is friendly, but the property manager is disappointing to say the least. Document, document, document every interaction.
