The service was horrible. The associate Joseph was not helpful at all! I would ask questions and all he would say is, look at your bill. I ended leaving, frustrated and went to Verizon and got the most amazing service!!! They were all so HELPFUL!!! I changed providers!

Awful customer service. Dishonest. Went into the store to buy a smartwatch, they didn't have it in stock. We were on our way out the door to go get it at another location when the sales associate stopped us and said "wait, I found one! I will get it for you right now just wait for me to call you and you can come get it." Well... 15 mins prior to closing the store isn't answering their phone so my husband drives there. Turns out he never got the watch and never even tried to call us to let us know. He said "it's okay just order it from me." Such a dishonest and shameful tactic to prevent us from being able to get it elsewhere. Jokes on them that they now lost customers (which they barely have because the store is always empty) and we got it from Best Buy instead- highly recommend. Will not be returning to this store and will make sure to spread the word.

Quiero corregir una calificacion que di por error. Julio me brindo un servicio excelente: fue muy amable, profesional, atento y resolvio todas mis dudas. Lamentablemente, por equivocacion seleccione una mala calificacion, pero no refleja la calidad del servicio que recibi.
