  I brought in a few pairs of expensive pants to be hemmed and specifically instructed them to preserve and reattach the original hem. Unfortunately, when I picked up my pants, they had not kept or reattached the original bottom as requested, permanently altering the look of the pants. What made the experience even more disappointing was the owner or the woman behind the counter's response. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, she simply quickly refunded the difference in the fee and shoo me away and said "I guess they didnt do it" like it's not a big deal. This was never about the money--it was about the fact that my pants were not altered as instructed and cannot be restored to their original condition. I do not recommend this tailor and will not trust them with my clothing again.

  My clothes were not ready on the promised pickup date. I was told to come back the next day, but when I did, they were still not ready. This happened three times. I had to keep returning day after day until I finally got my clothes back.<br><br>In the meantime, they seemed to have trouble locating my jacket. Although they eventually found it, it was very nerve-wracking to stand there watching them search and struggle to figure out where it was. It made me worried that my jacket might have been lost.<br><br>The repeated delays and lack of organization were very inconvenient and frustrating

  I've been using this dry cleaner for a couple of years and always found them adequate, but my recent experience with an alteration was a complete nightmare. The item wasn't ready when promised, the work wasn't done as discussed, and they even lost my jacket for a period of time. They admitted they had messed up and initially told me the tailoring would be free, only to walk that back and offer just a partial discount. What bothered me most was that not a single employee ever apologized throughout the entire ordeal. Not once. This is unacceptable customer service, and I won't be returning.
