Was looking for a new doctor primary because of insurance change she was relatively close to me. I never saw a made appointment with the doctor, but I did as most of us do is research. after reading the reviews most of them regarding the rude staff, problems, and even problems with doctor etiquette. I decided not to book appointment. Doctor should do a revamp of her office and her staff clean house to clear up problems some patients have been having.

have been a patient at Koch for several years; however, today I decided to take my care elsewhere.<br>My primary concern has consistently been excessive wait times. I was often given a specific appointment time, yet would not be seen until one to three hours later. Additionally, during visits, I frequently felt rushed and did not feel that my concerns were fully heard or addressed. On several occasions, I left feeling that my symptoms were not thoroughly evaluated or properly diagnosed.<br>I also perceived a lack of equal treatment among patients, which further contributed to my decision to seek care elsewhere. Healthcare should be patient-centered, attentive, and unbiased.<br>Today, I met with a new physician who took the time to listen, showed genuine concern, and provided a proper diagnosis. The difference in care was immediately noticeable.
