Deceptive Billing Practices and a Clear Bait-and-Switch<br><br>I rented a truck based on a written estimate of less than $110. To avoid any additional charges, I filled the tank with gas before returning it and used my own EZ Pass for tolls. Despite doing everything exactly as instructed, I was shocked to discover on my statement that the company charged me nearly triple the quoted amount.<br><br>This experience strongly indicates deceptive bait-and-switch billing practices. They attract customers with a low estimate, then hit them with massive unauthorized charges after the fact. The complete lack of transparency and the betrayal of the price I relied on are unacceptable.<br><br>I have already contacted the BBB about this specific location and will be filing formal complaints with the FTC and DCA. Mal servicio pesimo. Rente un carro en Maryland de 16 lo maneje 3horas y media regrese el carro en Garfield nj con la gasolina a full le dije al administrador que revise el carro me dijo que no. Luego de unos dias me descontaron 210 de gasolina. Por que dice no lo llene tengo pruebas que si lo hice. Es una estafa<br>1.- ese carro no le cabe 210 de gasolina en full<br>2.- ese cantidad de combustible no se puede gastar en 3 horas y media<br>No lo recomiendo a nadies esta empresa

You can drive but the truck was in bad condition, needs maintenance and very difficult to drive.<br>I rent every year truck at this location. I don't know if the maintenance of the truck is from the location where you rent the truck or from the Penske company. Check engine light on, passenger mirror keeps moving. Wheels unbalance. You drive at 45 and the truck start shaking as hell.
