I have emailed them twice (8/3 & 8/7) to return my unopened order and haven't heard back. Their policy states that they take back unopened items within 15 days of the order date. Another part of their website states they always email back "promptly." I feel like they are purposely not returning my emails so they can refuse my return because it'll be past the return window soon. I will never order from this company again.<br><br>ETA next day: I called them and it rang and rang and then said "memory full."

Really great taste of coffee! Little bit overpriced, but it worth it. Ordered three times, the delivery was clear, during 10 days were arrived.

Don't bother - unless you want to be out $$ for a shipment that never arrives! I placed an order on 2/11, was supposed to be delivered by 2/13. I tried emailing them 3x this week, no response. I tried calling them today, 2/20, because my package isn't even showing as being shipped - the phone # mailbox is full. So now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card because I can't get a response from this sham company.<br>UPDATE: Package received 2/27; I ordered the Classico blend; they shipped the Desiree brand, which is a completely different flavor and NOT what I ordered. As per usual, it is impossible to contact anyone there either by email (no responses) or telephone (mailbox full).<br>SUMMARY: SAVE YOUR MONEY! The coffee may be good, IF you can get it and IF your order is delivered. This company and their customer service are the worst I've ever dealt with!

Fantastic Coffee but last two orders never delivered. No reply by email or phone. Are they leaving the US market?
