In early January of 2020 I called John Gutinrrez about the foundation at our summer house. I explained to him we had been in contact with another individual who also uses Infra Red Thermography on Long Island who told us he didn't like what he was seeing and was quoting us between 40 to 55G's to fix it. John advised us that before we spend our money on anything or anyone including himself that we hire a PE (Professional Engineer) and then send him the report. As it turned out the PE determined there was nothing serious going on. After John reviewed and concurred with the report he basically said we didn't need his services and recommended some preventative measures we could undertake to preserve our foundation.<br><br>How refreshing it was to deal with an honest and ethical man. Thank you John, you saved us a great deal of money. In the long run you will be rewarded for conducting your business in this manner!!
