    Stopped by around noon for some donuts. The service was good and everything was fine overall, although the donuts didn't seem as fresh as we were hoping for. They were still okay, but I think they would have been much better earlier in the day. Overall, a decent stop for a quick coffee and treat!

    I used to be a regular here, but today's experience was very disappointing. I ordered a drink and asked for a cup of ice water, only to be told there's an extra charge. I guess Dunkin' locations have different policies, but charging a paying customer for water leaves a bad taste.<br><br>This reminds me of a previous incident where I bought a dozen donuts as a gift, only to find one missing when it was opened. At the time, I brushed it off thinking everyone makes mistakes. But now, it feels like management is more focused on watching CCTV to strictly charge for a cup of water than ensuring customers actually get what they paid for. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

    Compared to other Dunkin's, this one stands out. The wait is usually short and drinks/foods come out fast. However, the food is subpar like other dunking
