  unfortunately we left Union which is next door to visit Eros because my friends wanted to smoke hookah.<br>Worst mistake ever...... we entered at around 11:30 and they closed at 12:00 am ....and we were greeted poorly .... they were just rude....rude ....rude...poor service...bad attitude....terrible experience.....just terrible!!!!!!

  1-Star Review<br><br>Unfortunately, my experience at Eros was extremely disappointing. This was actually my second time trying this place, and my first experience wasn't a good one either. I decided to give them another chance, hoping that maybe my first experience was just an isolated situation. Unfortunately, my second experience was even worse.<br><br>We had dinner next door at Union Bar, and I have to say, we absolutely loved it. The food was great, the service was great, and the overall experience was wonderful. We were having such a nice evening that we decided to go next door to Eros specifically to enjoy some hookah and continue the night.<br><br>Unfortunately, that's where the evening took a complete turn.<br><br>Not only was the service disappointing, but the hookah itself was not up to par on either visit.   Went from great to not so great! I have lived locally in town for 20 years and knew Eros before it was the "new" Eros It was one of the best local places to be. Great drinks and great food. NOT so much anymore. Unfortunately, they let social media get in the best of them! It may look like the place to be online but has definitely lost its touch for the locals. They let social media bring so many people to the restaurant that now they're understaffed and selling watered-down drinks. The staff in the past made you feel welcomed. Not like you were just a number. They took pride in the presentation of their drinks. And now they have videos of how they make drinks in 30 seconds and it definitely tastes like it!! Terrible bartender...Puts no effort into the drinks. Just trying to push them out in 30 seconds. Which you are still waiting 30 minutes for them to come out because she is the only person making drinks!! Not to mention the fact that the owner still thinks it's the World Cup and is a

  I've dined here many times and I'm not sure if they were short staffed tonight but the wait for food and drinks was longer than normal with no communication in between. We waited almost 45 mins for our food just got the food to come out cold. We were tired of waiting so we asked for the food to go. The server said the food was warmed up and packaged but it was not. I'm sure they get a lot of foot traffic but the whole point of going out to eat is to have a great experience and we didn't have that.
