  I had a wonderful experience working with this firm on the purchase and closing of my new home. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.<br><br>As a first-time homebuyer navigating a new construction purchase, I had many questions along the way, and they always took the time to explain things clearly and make sure my interests were protected. Most importantly, when some unexpected and time-sensitive issues came up right before closing, they were calm, practical, and solution-oriented, which gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful moment.<br><br>Thanks to Attorney Song's guidance and support, I successfully closed on my new home. I'm truly grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced real estate attorney.

  Our real estate agent recommended Jun for the purchase of a property. We consider ourselves lucky to have been connected to her. Jun is very thorough in explaining each step of the process. We were so impressed with her attention to detail and the professionalism of her and her staff that we asked her to represent us with the sale of our property. This is our third purchase, and because of Jun, this was the easiest of all of the sales. She kept us updated and informed throughout, and didn't need to be reminded of any upcoming deadlines. Our only regret is that now that our sales are completed, we don't currently have any business with her.

  We had an outstanding experience working with Junjuan Song, Esq. on the closing of our home sale, and we highly recommend her.<br><br>Junjuan has an exceptional knowledge of real estate law and the entire closing process. Our transaction became much more complicated than a typical closing when the buyer needed to change the purchasing entity in the middle of the deal in order to obtain financing. At the same time, communication from the buyer's attorney was often slow and difficult. These issues could easily have delayed or even jeopardized the closing.<br><br>Junjuan handled the situation extremely well. She effectively quarterbacked the entire closing process, coordinating among the buyer, seller, attorneys, title company, and lender to make sure everyone understood what needed to happen and that each step was completed correctly and on time. When problems arose, she didn't simply wait for other parties to resolve them--she took the initiative, identified what needed to be done, foll

  We had a great experience working with Attorney Song and her firm for our property closing. Through out the process, everything was communicated and explained well and timely. Attorney Song and her firm have thorough understanding and deep knowledge /experience on every step involved and have solutions for all issue we encountered.
