  Affinity radiology was a great experience! The staff and technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed me compassion and kindness every step of the way I can't say enough about how much they were willing to do a very knowledgeable and professional job, from someone who is very claustrophobic I can honestly say this was a breeze thank you so much a very special shout out to Patricia such a great person so kind and so compassionate she is a very valuable asset to this business she worth her weight in gold

  Do not go to this location for any testing! They could not care less about patients. The front desk staff are dismissive, condescending and rude. I made my appt early this week, so they had all week to call me to tell me that i SUPPOSEDLY had a $30 previous balance from a year ago. They decided, purposely it seems, to call me at the last minute to tell me I have this previous balance and the current co pay as well. I told them I was not aware so I need to speak to someone about that previous balance but that the co pay for today's service I would pay. That person said okay, speak to someone when you get there.<br>I go at my scheduled time and the front desk person Samantha takes my information, makes me do the paperwork and then tells me I have to pay the previous balance or I will be refused services for the MRI. I explained to her that I was not told any of this in advance, this was a huge inconvenience to me and that i was disputing the previous balance because they always take a co

  I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was professional, welcoming, and very helpful.<br><br>I went in there truly frightened. I have severe phobia to closed spaces.<br><br>I especially want to recognize Patricia, the MRI technologist. She was truly exceptional -- knowledgeable, honest, patient, and incredibly calming. She took the time to explain the MRI machine and the entire process, which helped ease my anxiety tremendously. She spoke with me throughout the procedure, made sure I felt comfortable, and showed genuine compassion.<br><br>I am beyond grateful and blessed that I was able to complete my MRI, and a huge part of that was because of the care and support I received from Patricia. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and reassuring.
