  Oscar is very prompt, polite, skilled, and fair in pricing. He's worked in my home multiple times. Each time he was clear, honest, and transparent. I had an emergency plumbing repair most recently, and he responded within the day with a fair and transparent price. I highly recommend this company.

  I called Racso because I wanted a second opinion after another HVAC company told me I needed a complete replacement of an AC/Heat Pump unit for $12.5K!<br><br>Oscar came and immediately got to work with his multimeter meticulously tracing every connection narrowing down the root cause to a faulty lead which he replaced and had the AC working again in no time. amazing.<br><br>Thank you Racso for taking the time and effort to actually diagnose and fix issues instead of trying to upsell clients.   Professional and friendly. Always answers the phone. If there is an emergency they respond immediately. Approaches repairs economically if possible. Always a job well done. Highly recommend. Both visits were plumbing related.
