Had a great experience. Brought my car to a 4.8 star rated garage because of a shake in the car when I went over 50mph. They told me the tires were not balanced so hey charged me over $100 to balance my tires. Drove the car again.The car was better but still was shaking. Took it back to the shop and they said it must be something else and they wanted to do a full diagnostic and charge additional for it. I went to Bergen Auto Specialist for a second opinion and found out the tires weren't balanced correctly. After Bergen Auto Specialist balanced the tires, I took the car out for a ride and it ran perfectly! Can't say enough for the owner Joe and his knowledge, honesty and reasonable pricing. If you're looking for a top notch shop, go to Bergen Auto Specialist.

Terrible customer service: fix the issue due to a deal with a dealer but gave me a cold shoulder and basically ignored me. The mechanic guy was super nice but the main mechanic wasn't.
