  I highly recommend 29up Pilates to anyone looking for a healthy, strong, and beautiful body.<br><br>29up Pilates is a fantastic place to work on your strength and posture.<br><br>I've always had trouble building muscle and having back pain. But after doing private and group classes here, my back pain has improved a lot -- and I've even started to develop abs!<br><br>Gaining core strength made a big difference.<br>My posture is better, and I feel stronger overall.<br><br>Big thanks to Mrs. Nam and Mrs. Lee for their kind and dedicated teaching!

  I have been going to 29. Pilates for over 4 yrs and never had any disappointment. Teachers are very consistent and have passion for their work.<br>I will be continuing for many years to come.

  I've been doing Pilates for about 10 years now, and thanks to the amazing instructors who are always consistent and caring, I know that this is something I want to keep doing for the rest of my life :) They always prepare the workouts to suit our age and level, and I really appreciate how much thought goes into every session. Through Pilates, I've learned so much about my body and proper posture. It's helped me build little habits to stay in better posture throughout the day, which has made a big difference!
