  I have been coming for a fill in every 2 weeks with Courtney for the last two years and always get lash compliments!!! Shes also so sweet and I find the appointment and atmosphere very relaxing

  Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment while one of the ladies just kept saying she'd be right with me. Finally another girl came in and when I explained what happened she tried to call the lady that was supposed to do my lashes for me. It turns out the lady wasn't even there and I had waited for nothing. I'm not one to be upset about someone having an emergency, but for the other worker to let me sit there for 45 minutes without trying to figure out what was going is what makes me upset. I also know that if I was the one to be this late for an appointment it would've been cancelled or I could've gotten charged. The front desk worker tried to be helpful and reschedule me, but when I tried to call back to see if it was confirmed no one answered and I called 3 times and still no answer. They DONT answer the phone. Also, mind you, it took me almost 30 minutes to get here because of traffic, so an hour round trip of time and gas for nothing!!! I h

  I had a great experience at Amazing Lash Studio! The staff were super professional and welcoming. As a first timer, I was nervous, but they made the process easy! Highly recommend this team of professionals. :)

  DO NOT GO HERE! they don't know what they are doing and the staff knows it. That's why they keep leaving! each time I go the girl tells me they have been there for a yr or 2. When I call back they are gone - they quit! Plus the store charges u extra fees and doesn't tell u upfront!! For example u pay a monthly fee but if u want a MASTER (not a new person) that's $20 more. Then if they do some sort of special lash they charge u another $20, don't tell u in advance. They wait until u come out and they are already on! I even showed a picture of a natural classic set before we started and still got a terrible job done!! I left with super long, eyes have uneven lashes & are not aligned with my top lash line!<br>I should Have known; the girl at the front has terrible lashes on! Plus she talks LOUD and yell to the girls walking to the back! The girl working there was just as loud if not louder talking about where she walked on her break! How was lunch? Where did u go?   Kurtae provided amazing service! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and professional, which made the whole experience even better. We had great conversation, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time.

  Beautiful, clean space. Good customer service. Everyone there seems really kind. However, I got a lash lift and my lashes look exactly the same . Like literally no difference. Surprising that the tech also didn't acknowledge that the lift didn't work on me, not blaming her, it may just be I don't have the type of lashes meant for a lift. However giving me the aftercare instructions, when to come back etc when there was literally no change in my lashes was crazy. I paid, tipped, and left because I was actually so flabbergasted I didn't really know what to say.<br><br>My sister got lash extensions and they looked really nice though.<br><br>Update: so the studio replied as you can see below but never gave me a way to reach out to them to assess my lift. Again, this was not about results not looking as dramatic as I expected, I went with a lift because I didn't want anything dramatic. But like I said there was absolutely no change at all.
