  Called this local company for an estimate to install siding on the entire house because they had such great reviews. They came out, took all the measurements and details, and said they'd send over an estimate. When I never received it, I followed up with Henri, only to be told that it would cost me $150 just to get the estimate.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that their website AND their company vans advertise "FREE ESTIMATES." I've never heard of a company charging for an estimate after coming out and evaluating the project. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of everyone's time.<br><br>BEWARE. What a terrible way to do business and an even worse way to lose a potential customer. If there's a fee for an estimate, it should be clearly communicated upfront not after the fact, especially when your website and vans explicitly advertise free estimates.

  Wanted to provide my review, had roof issues and of course Insurance is a joke. Chimney and Roof had to be repaired. My first google search was for Affirmed Construction and I was told off the bat, the work will get done and they are highly professional. After waiting over a month for crappy Insurance to do their part,(my claim was denied, was told it was wear and tear) total BS.<br>Anyway, I finally was able to schedule the work with Affirmed Construction. I will attach pictures so you can see how bad shape it was. I want to thank Henri and Albert for their superb responses, professionalism and most of all support since they gave me that feeling that I was in good hands. I can't thank them enough! For many people like me, taking care of your home is crucial, dont go for cheaper prices to save money when it will cost you more in the end. See for yourself!

  I had my front steps reconstructed by Henri and his team. They were terrific. Competent, honest and responsible. I even had a question and possible concern several weeks later, and they came back to ensure that the work was done properly and completely. I couldn't ask for more.
