I am a new patient and I am very impressed with the manner in which I have been treated by all the staff and the care I received. It was my first time receiving a freezing treatment for a precancerous area and a biopsy of another area, both on my face. And both<br>procedures were virtually painless. My experience was very positive.

I took my daughter to see Crystal Fermano for laser hair removal the biggest win was the after work hours. It was so easy to schedule an appointment without having to rearrange my whole day and school schedule.<br>From the moment we walked in staff was warm and welcoming. Crystal was incredibly sweet and patient, and took the time to explain the process so my daughter amd I felt comfortable. The treatment itself was quick and much easier than i expected. I feel that Crystal genuinely cared about making the experience smooth and stress free. Definitely a positive experience
