the mechanics here are careless, irresponsible and incapable.<br><br>1. During my last visit, they lost my key.<br><br>2. This time I had a light malfunction, and they were not able to fix it. Still they lied to me that it was fixed and when I checked, the error light was still there. They refused to continue to investigate, and asked me to go to another auto service. They also charged me 290 in advance and only refunded me 70.

My friend recommended me this car shop and I've never looked back. The service and price are great and I trust Taka with everything he does. As a woman, I've been ripped off by other shops that were doing things my car didn't need but Taka is very honest, caring and knowledgeable and I can tell he is looking for his customers' best interest.
