  I love the state of the art of this office. The staff is wonderful and accommodating to the patients. Dr Naim Sylvester has been great to be our dentist but is only at this location on Tuesdays. I wished to have known this friendly sunflower group much earlier.

  Edited: Dr. Jahansouz reached out to me, and I have made an appointment. I am satisfied with the conversation we had, and am this adjusting my rating. I will update further after my visit. Previous: So disappointed. I had a great first visit, but trying to get a second was like pulling teeth. They messaged and then never replied. Then they message again. Then they all me and can't use their phones and leave me voicemails of their hold music. Then, when I am trying to confirm that the hygienist is in the office on the day I come in (as well as a dental exam), Deborah just repeats herself condescendingly when I try to clarify. Considering how kind the dentist is and how amazing the first experience I had was, I'm really perplexed at what went wrong. If this is an isolated incident, then I welcome outreach from the office for them to make it right.

  I absolutely love this practice and am a patient at the Teaneck office. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff, especially Deborah and Lakia, are incredibly caring, attentive, and welcoming. Their warmth and positive energy make every visit comfortable and stress-free, and they truly make you feel like part of the family.<br><br>Dr. Sylvester is an exceptional dentist. He is a meticulous and knowledgeable practitioner who takes the time to explain procedures and ensure you feel confident in your care.   Shoutout to Lakia for going above and beyond and providing a great customer service. Dr J was amazing as well.
