    I had a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived on time. When I checked in, I was told it would only be "a few minutes." Unfortunately, those few minutes turned into a 45-minute wait with no updates or explanation. During that time, I had to continue paying for street parking, which made the delay even more frustrating.<br><br>What really stood out was the difference in how customers were treated. While I was waiting, another client who appeared to know the hairstylist came in and was immediately offered water. I had been sitting there for 45 minutes and wasn't offered anything or even checked on.<br><br>After waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment with no communication, I decided to leave without getting my haircut. Delays can happen, but clear communication and basic customer service go a long way. This experience left me feeling like my time wasn't valued, and unfortunately I won't be returning.
