    Thought the doctor was great. Unfortunately I am almost a month out from my second opinion with him for surgery, was told a surgical scheduler would reach out and never heard from anyone. I have called at least 3 times and left VM messages for a follow up to schedule as well as twice through the portal with no one following up to schedule this surgery. As a doctor myself who runs a ship of about 16 employees I understand its a team approach. Not sure the schedulers are holding the rope and working in a coordinated manner here. Hopefully not a trend!
