Dr. Shapnik is very thoughtful and kind. She has an ability to listen and allows the patients time to express their concerns. Very competent and we always leave her office better than we were when we got there. She is now a physician for all my immediate family and extended family, as well.<br>Office staff is prompt and responsive.

Dr. Shapnik has been my GP for about 13 years. She is a wonderful doctor and woman. Her front desk is one of the most efficient I have come across. Yes I do wait a while to see her (this is the case with doctors who actually spend time with their patients) She is caring and knowledgeable. She asks questions! She talks to me. Sometimes its in the conversation a doctor will determine the diagnosis! So yes I do wait a bit to see her but she will give me my due diligence!

Terrible experience. This doctor does not care to listen, draws her own conclusions and is not knowledgeable nor caring for her patients. She is rushed and careless. She said I havw allergies which I never had without any lab tests and gave me a wrong prescription based on that.
