    The owner and his employees continue to blow leaves from his customers yard next door to mine onto my front yard and in front of my property. Have had to speak to him twice about this to no avail. I'm a 68 year old with medical issues who can't afford a landscaper and have do my own leaves. Apparently he does not care about this.
