  Derek handled my chimney estimate, and he was great to work with. He was thorough, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions clearly. He walked me through the full chimney repair and rebuild process, explained what the masonry and flue work could involve, and gave me a written estimate right away. I ended up choosing a chimney repair instead of a full rebuild, but the inspection and estimate were very helpful in making that decision.   My husband and I could not figure out why our fireplace and chimney system stopped working.   We inherited a 2-family apartment building from my in-laws, and the chimney had gone without proper chimney sweep or masonry upkeep for many years.   I contacted America Pro Chimney Service for chimney and gas fireplace service and set up an appointment, but i was able to get my gas log fireplace working myself before the visit. derek was amazing to work with and made the whole process easy. Very gracious, personable, and professional, with clear communication about chimney sweep and fireplace service options. After dealing with some rude customer service lately, her great attitude really stood out and made this a very positive experience.
