I have been going to Mike for 36 years when he worked for Guarino on ridge road. The only person I trust with my vehicles and they will never steer you wrong.

Zero stars is more accurate. Horrendous customer service. Was looking to get a part replaced. All I needed was an estimate. I arrived July 1st and was told to come back after holiday. I understood considering the holiday week. Everyday from the start of the following Monday was a call to get the estimate and I was lured with false promises of call backs. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wasted time waiting on their false promises. I understand when business is busy but to be busy for 2 weeks straight everyday is preposterous. All I needed was a price so I can manage my finances in order to repair my vehicle. If they couldn't even find the time to accomplish a simple call back I wouldn't trust them to work on my vehicle. Currently looking for another mechanic.

Wen there got a brake job for $1500 this guy replaced my air condition unit 2 times charged me $2500 and still broken and they won't return calls. Terrible place don't go there. I a rip off. I went to my local mechanic and got my brakes for $500.

Scheduling and dropping off the vehicle was extremely easy. Michael went over my car meticulously and got back to me immediately with the problem. There was no fluff. They were straightforward and honest with the issue. My car was done by the end of the day and pick up was easy.<br><br>Carbone Automotive is A+.... I definitely refer my clients to them.

These folks are awesome! Super nice to work with. I had my Lincoln Continental towed to their shop to figure out why it kept overheating. Mike was very thorough and did everything possible to figure out the problem. I had to get rid of that car, but now I bring my new car to Mike for whatever repairs are needed.
