  Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Carriage House Apartments.<br><br>As a family member of an elderly resident,<br>I sincerely appreciate Dino's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication as Resident Manager.<br><br>Dino is always approachable and responsive, and he genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents. His compassion, excellent communication, and commitment to creating a safe community provide our family with great peace of mind.<br><br>Thank you, Dino, for all that you do.   I've had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the grounds are always kept looking nice. The superintendent is friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever there's a maintenance issue or concern. It's reassuring to know that any requests are handled in a timely manner.<br><br>The community is also very quiet and feels safe, making it a comfortable place to call home. The neighbors are respectful, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. If you're looking for a clean, well-managed apartment complex with responsive management and a safe environment, I would definitely recommend living here.

  I have been living at the carriage house for at least 17 yrs and the property is kept immaculate..maintenance now is great as Dino is the man. When you say there is a maintenance issue and you report to Dino, he is on it. He handles the situation right away. He keeps you abreast of issue so everyone is on the same page...can't beat that. Dino is the best one we've had for the carriage house.<br><br>..

  I've been here for years and never had good maintenance until Dino came aboard whenever I call him he's here.

  - [ ] Been a resident in carriage house for over a year now (exactly 15 months ) place is very convenient to everything, church, grocery bus stop are in very close proximity. Residents have assigned parking and the lot is well lighted. Place is clean and well maintained. Dino is superb, quick to respond address issues and get things done .<br>Shout out also to Paul who does a good job not only in keeping our staircase and laundry clean but also in giving Dino a hand when needed to resolve issues quickly. Both are an asset to Carriage House.
