All the instructors are kind and give you a good workout. However my favorite instructors are Roslyn and Caleb. Their energy along with how kind and welcoming they are, make you feel so comfortable. They are understanding and helped me when I didn't know what to do and to ensure that I had the correct form so I could get the most out of the exercise. I chose to sign up for a membership because of them and how I absolutely love their classes. I have only taken 6 classes and my body feels stronger already. I would be sore the next day but it felt like a good kind of sore that made me happy knowing that I am building strength in those muscles and getting a great workout.

Equipment and ambiance are on point! Instructors are great, especially Caleb! His Classes are always packed!

Been going to this studio for a few months now, and I love it. It is kept clean and organized. Since I've been going for some time i've experienced most of their instructors; highly recommend Caleb.
