  I moved into this apartment in September 2024. Despite repeated emails, texts, and calls, I had no heat until December. I had to buy electric space heaters for myself and my daughter, but they constantly tripped the power. I had no access to the breaker panel, so we were left in the cold and dark multiple times until the next day when someone can come to fix the breaker. When heat was finally turned on, it was loud, unreliable, and sprayed rust-colored water. It made sleeping nearly impossible. The lease clearly stated that heat was included -- but that wasn't the case in reality. The building management was unresponsive and negligent. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Tenants deserve better. Thankfully, I've since moved and finally feel safe and comfortable. But this was an unacceptable and exhausting experience.
