  I had a great experience getting my taxes done at Urdang & Company. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can usually be a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward.<br><br>Their attention to detail and responsiveness gave me a lot of confidence that everything was handled correctly.   Urdang & Company is a small local practice, and Adam seems like a genuinely nice person who contributes positively to the local community. However, my experience working with the firm was not ideal. The handling of my filing did not feel prioritized, and it ended up being prepared very close to the deadline.<br><br>During the process, I was told that other clients required additional on-site visits and needed to be prioritized, which delayed the completion of my filing. As a result, we ultimately had to file an extension.<br><br>Overall, the experience was frustrating. Clearer communication, better planning around deadlines, and a stronger focus on client service would have made a significant difference. With improvements in organization and responsiveness, I believe the overall client experience could be much better.
