  I bought a Mercedes GLE 350 here (April 2023) with an extended warranty they sold me. When my check-engine light came on, the shop diagnosed a cylinder repair (~$7k). The warranty administrator approved $4,502.45, but the contract says the dealer must pay--and I cannot get Parkwood to respond. Phone numbers don't work, emails unanswered. I'm now stuck with a huge bill and zero help. Based on my experience: avoid.

  This place is the worst dealer of them all. They scammed the heck out of me. Besides adding a $5,000 dealer fee to my purchase, they claimed they gave me a DOWC warranty. When I called The warranty company they said Parkwood has been doing dirty business for the longest and there is no warranty. Mind you, I'm PAYING for this warranty with every car note. I've owned at least 15 cars and this is by far the worst nightmare ever. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. It's a total scam. When I left the dealer, 2 tires was losing air by the time I got To the corner. STAY AWAY!!!!

  Bought a Porsche Panamera.<br><br>Listed price $52,000, after taxes and fees $78,000.<br><br>They gave me a promise to fix the issues with the car: tires, interior damage to the dash, oil change, brakes and charging port.<br><br>They changed the oil and brake pads and used the wrong filter and brake pads for the car. They still haven't fixed the interior damage and it's been over a year.<br><br>They replaced my tires with used tires which were worst than the ones that were already on the car. They also changed the tires without doing an alignment.<br><br>I've spent $15,000 to fix the problems they caused.<br><br>I am now filing a lawsuit against the dealership.

  This place is very deceitful and conniving. Buyer beware. I bought a Benz here last Christmas Eve 2023. They raised the price substantially from their ad after I drove all the way from Maryland from what their ad stated. The car only had one key. They promised me a replacement key through their warranty, which I was not supposed to be charged for. They added 499.00 to the contract at closing for the key. The warranty was bogus, and no Benz dealer would accept it or had heard of them. Don't buy their warranty. No one will honor it. It took about three months to clear my tags in Maryland. I had temporary expired tags for over three months. I contacted MVA in NJ and they investigated and helped me get get my permanent tags.<br>I spent $44,000.00 on my<br>vehicle and never got a thank you card. My salesperson was horrible and ungrateful. This establishment has no class. Do not buy from them. They are cheap and scandalous.
