The front disk guy Roy is extremely rude unprofessional and he never does his job the right way..i was visiting a family member is this property and this guy did not call the resident and he doesn't call when there is food delivery coming up in addition to him being so pushy following residents around asking them personal questions making them uncomfortable i understand that you trying to do your job but you pushing too hard my guy .. one time he was literally yelling at this young kid with glasses in his team in front of me..so unprofessional at least don't do it in front of residents and visitors i don't understand how someone like him is the head of concierge so embarrassing ..the opposite of benny who is so professional and kind i love him
