Was there today for my Tahoe. Excellent service and no upselling. Place is Super clean. Was in and out in 15 minutes. This will definitely be my regular place for my oil changes.

You have lost what WAS a loyal costumer because your employee has idea that it is OK to lecture me about when to get my oil changed and saying that I HAVE to go by what is on a sticker. My car tells me when to get my oil change and I trust Honda far more than a random guy trying to sell me. He claimed that I HAVE to use a specific MOBILE oil and HAVE to use a specific MOBIL filter.<br>No. I don't and I won't. I am getting it changed right now with Valvoline as I will do going forward. If it is some company policy to have oil changers lecture customers you might want to rethink that. If it isn't then you have an employee problem that has cost you revenue and future cash flow.

here is a scam . they says start 79$ for 5qt . i got appointment and drove 15 on rain for my mercedes . they told me 186$+ tax because we use original german filter which is 12$ . i bought same filter and changed my oil for 100$.other mechanic did same service with same parts for half price. don't be stupid and don't go these kind of dishonest place.

I had an issue with my F150 where it entered a "deep sleep mode" due to a few days of inactivity. I forgot that I received the message on the app a couple months ago, but was continuing to drive my truck sporadically. One day I randomly realized my passenger side door's "intelligent access" wasn't working. I tried it a few more times over the course of a couple weeks then came to the conclusion that maybe it was broken. I called multiple Ford dealer/service centers, mechanics and auto body shops. I called Mobil 1 Lube Express and got a hold of Mike who was clearly busy and said he probably wouldn't be able to help me for another week, but in that moment, he still decided to ask me a few questions about the problem and recommended that I disconnect the negative port of my battery for 5 minutes and see if that resets it. I tried it the next day and it worked - I spent countless hours wasting my time with Ford and other mechanics/auto body shops and I should've called Mike in the first pl
