  I was disappointed with my experience with First Class Upholstery. I contacted them about repairing a vintage Knoll Richard Sapper executive chair and was initially quoted approximately $250. I was prepared to bring the chair in after they returned from vacation, but when I followed up, I was told I would need to wait until the following week.<br><br>I understand that businesses get busy and that quality work takes time. My frustration was with the communication and the fact that, after already waiting for them to return, I still couldn't get the chair looked at when I had expected. I ultimately went elsewhere because I wanted to get the repair underway.<br><br>In retrospect, I wish the process had been clearer from the beginning about when they would actually be able to take the chair. My experience wasn't about the quality of their craftsmanship because they never worked on my chair. It was about scheduling and communication, and unfortunately that experience left me frustrated enoug

  Danny and the team at First Class Upholstery did an absolutely fantastic job recovering our dining banquet. It was a significant project that required a great deal of work, and the finished result is beautiful The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly exceptional.<br><br>Danny was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He took great care in making sure everything was done perfectly, and the quality of the finished piece exceeded our expectations.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with how beautiful our banquet looks. I highly recommend First Class Upholstery to anyone looking for talented, skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. We will definitely be using Danny and First Class Upholstery for all of our future upholstery needs.

  I had an amazing experience! Jeff was incredible professional and patient. He showed us many options and worked with us to find the right solution to fix my headboard! He is very knowledgeable and will make sure you get exactly what you are looking for! 10/10 experience!!!
