On two separate occasions, my nail technician called a coworker over, and they spoke in another language while looking at my nails and laughing. I cannot know what they were saying, but the way they behaved made me feel self-conscious and disrespected.<br><br>I had also called twice to schedule and confirm my appointment, yet when I arrived, the technician acted as though she had no knowledge of it. During the service, she trimmed, shaped, and prepared my nails before informing me that the color I had selected was unavailable. By that point, the service was already underway, so I felt I had little choice but to accept a substitute. The color's availability should have been checked before work began.

GREAT SALON! Workers are so helpful and kind. I got a color + straighten over a week ago and my hair has never lasted and looked so great! Love this place would recommend 100%!!!
