NJ Native Plant Workshop with Montclair Community Farms (Ages 5 )

Get ready to dig in! In this hands-on lesson, young farmers will discover some of the plants that naturally call New Jersey home and learn why native plants are so important for local wildlife. Students will become part of an ecosystem themselves through a fun movement activity before getting their hands in the soil to plant their own seeds.
