On Tuesday, September 29, the Morning Book Club will discuss As Bright as Heaven by Susan Meissner. In 1918 Philadelphia, a family arrives seeking a fresh start, only to face the Spanish Flu pandemic. As the city fractures, they must navigate overwhelming grief and sudden, life-altering choices that force them to redefine what survival truly means. The Morning Book Club meets on the last Tuesday of the month from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Join us for engaging discussion of popular and thought-provoking books. Books are selected by the group on recommendation of staff. Copies are available for checkout at the downstairs desk.
