Tech assistance includes:* -Operating smartphones, tablets, e-readers, and other devices -Accessing library apps and databases -How to use social media, internet browsing, or Google Drive Tech assistance does not include:* -Troubleshooting or repairing devices (hardware or software) -Aiding with banking, personal/sensitive information, government fillings, or medical documents -Completing forms, documents, or assignments *Library staff members will make the final determination if they are able to assist with tech issues Wyckoff - Main Floor, Wyckoff Public Library
