This program helps children build reading confidence and skills by reading aloud to calm, nonjudgmental therapy dogs from Creature Comfort Pet Therapy, part of a certified volunteer therapy team. Reading to a gentle dog reduces anxiety and creates a fun, positive, one-on-one experience. *Each child receives a 15-minute one-on-one session. *Please register for a 15-minute time slot at the library. *Please register for only one time slot per child.
