Screening and assessment services are provided at no cost, and offer a wide range of screenings, assessments and health education services including: Blood pressure screening Glucose testing Visual acuity screening Memory and cognitive screening Overall health and cardiovascular assessment Individualized education and information about health resources and services And more...
