Birds in the Neighborhood w/ Birdseed Bar

For ages 5 and up. This interactive presentation focuses on twelve birds that are relatively easy to spot in the tri-state area. Participants will learn how to visually identify each bird, then they will listen to the calls or songs of each bird, and then the birds' favorite foods will be discussed. At the Birdseed Bar, participants will use a colorful birdfeeding chart to create a custom seed mix that will attract their favorite birds. Glass mason jar mugs (and lids) will be provided so participants can bring their birdseed home in a zero-waste container. Presented by Birds with Benefits Birdseed, LLC.
