Basics of Medicare Presentation

Join us for an informative overview of Medicare that will explain the basics of Parts A, B, C, and D as well as Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage Plans. Speaker Fred Ciccone will discuss how these different components work together and provide essential information to help older adults make informed decisions about healthcare coverage. The presentation will also address an increasingly common situation: continuing to work beyond age 65. Ciccone will explain what individuals should consider when deciding whether to enroll in Medicare or remain on an employer-sponsored health plan. He will also discuss New Jersey's Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled Program which helps older adults and individuals with disabilities reduce their prescription drug costs. He will also focus on new Medicare considerations unique to New Jersey.
