I placed an order for 20 cupcakes for my birthday. The order was placed a week in advance for pickup at 1 PM and was over $100, which I didn't mind paying to support a small black business. The day of my birthday I was notified that pickup would be for 2pm. No problem! I came at 4pm and my order was still NOT done. I was still understanding, I said OK but I have dinner reservations at 7 so I need this done by 6. It was 6:45 and I'm waiting in the parking lot and she has the nerve to ask me to wait 10 more minutes. At this point I cursed her out and said forget it! I just want a refund. She insisted and offered to drop it off at the restaurant. I said ok, she came at like 7:30. The cupcakes were strawberry shortcake and yellow cake with chocolate frosting. When I say these cupcakes were BAD, Walmart would have been a better choice. We had to order dessert at the restaurant it was just not good. I was livid!! I hardly write a bad review but this was unacceptable. The ONLY positive thing

A very friendly and professional establishment. The cakes are delicious, and moist with an excellent flavor. They are definitely a must have.

Cathy was amazing!!!! She does absolutely beautiful work!! So creative! Responds quickly and efficiently! Not only was my sons Monster Truck amazing looking, the taste was delicious!! She did a confetti cake inside at my request and she DELIVERED!!!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Cake portrait bakery is amazing! I was planning a double digits 10th birthday party for my daughter this weekend and encountered many obstacles including the huge storm with lots of rain and wind. So as a result we had to re-planned the party in a smaller space indoor. So instead of our typical homemade cake, I wanted my daughter to have something extra special that would counter everything else. I reached out to cake portraits studios and boy did they deliver! They were patient taking my order and payed attention to every detail! Not only was the cake exactly what I wanted visually, it was also delicious! The cake was an highlight and my daughter was very happy! Thank you for making my baby's double digits birthday memorable!
