  I am so happy we contacted the Chen Agency to assist with the selling of my father's apartment in the Horizon House.<br><br>Eric was an outstanding real estate agent who helped my father sell his co-op apartment in Fort Lee, NJ, and we couldn't be more grateful. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, especially the co-op rules and requirements, and guided us through every step with confidence and clarity.
